Lock Haven is a charming city in the United States, located more exactly within the state of Pennsylvania, in Clinton County, being its county seat at the same time. The history of Lock Haven goes back to 1769, when the area was settled as a timber town. Later on, Lock Haven became incorporated as a borough in 1844 and as a city in 1870. According to the 2010 census, Lock Haven has a total population of 9,772 residents and spans on a total area of 2.7 square miles (7 sq km).
