1. Manhattan Beach Farmers' Market- Enjoy the ethnic food, the music, and the best bargains on fresh produce straight from the farm. This summer the market is open Tuesdays, from 12 pm to 5 pm, and 12pm to 4pm on other days. The market is at 13th Street and Morningside Drive.
2. International Surf Festival Volleyball Tournament- This six person tournament is an annual feature for residents of Manhattan Beach. Held on the south side of the Manhattan Beach Pier, the tournament attracts different teams in fantastic costumes. You can either be a participant or a spectator. Either way, you are guaranteed the time of your life.
3. Chicago for Ribs- Have your fill of the those juicy barbecued ribs or chicken at Chicago For Ribs along Manhattan Beach Boulevard between Elm and Oak Avenue. They're finger licking good.
4. The Round House Aquarium- Located in the premises of the Round House Marine Lab, this is a great place to catch up with some marine flora and fauna. This is one of the best places for a family to go to when visiting Manhattan Beach.
